Rediscover Play Through Expressive Art Making:
A 6-Week Experience

When life gets too serious, it’s time to go play.

When was the last time you gave yourself permission to have fun—just for the sake of it? No guilt, no pressure, no running mental checklist of all the things you “should” be doing instead?

Maybe you pride yourself on being a hardworking, ambitious go-getter. Checking off accomplishments brings a deep sense of pride—but let’s be real, as soon as you finish one thing, you’re already onto the next. And lately, you’ve started wondering: Will I ever feel satisfied?

Does This Sound Familiar?

  • Your calendar is jam-packed—work, appointments, commitments, classes—leaving zero space for fun, rest, or just being.

  • The idea of taking a break makes you anxious because doing nothing feels unproductive. You wouldn’t even know where to start.

  • You’ve convinced yourself: I’ll relax when the important stuff is done. But spoiler alert—it’s never done.

  • You thrive on plans, clear steps, and ticking boxes. Uncertainty? Chaos? No thanks!

  • Play sounds…nice? But also childish. You’ve got responsibilities—who has time for finger painting when life feels so serious?

If you’re nodding along, you’re not alone. And here’s the thing:
Yes, you’re ambitious, but you’re also human.

Let’s Find a New Way to Be Ambitious

You’ve got big dreams. Big ideas. You’re here to make an impact. But the pace you’re running? It’s not sustainable.

Somewhere deep down, you’re starting to feel it:

  • The creeping exhaustion.

  • The relentless hamster wheel of doing.

  • The quiet voice inside whispering, There has to be another way.

Here’s the good news: There is another way. You don’t have to choose between pursuing your dreams and caring for yourself.

Rediscover Play Through Expressive Art Making

What if “play” didn’t feel frivolous or like another thing on your to-do list?

What if play was the antidote to burnout—a gentle, joyful invitation to reconnect with yourself and recharge?

Picture this:
Instead of pushing yourself to the brink and needing weeks to recover, you create a small, intentional practice of play. These moments become your oasis—an opportunity to go inward, quiet the noise, and replenish your energy.

Through expressive art making, this is possible. Simple, playful activities like finger painting, doodling, or creating “ugly art” can unlock ease, joy, and rest in ways that feel fun and accessible.

Rest doesn’t have to mean lying in bed or checking out—it can be colorful, creative, and energizing.

What Clients Are Saying

“I realized from working with you I don't have to "be" anything, I can just be me. I learned the value of allowing myself to creatively flow and falling in love with the process as well. I also gained clarity on past traumas from my inner child that could only be expressed when she felt safe in having fun when creating. I learned to enjoy my creativity once more, something that I thought was lost!

FAQ’s

What are some results I can expect from working with you?
Due to the nature of this work, I can not guarantee a specific result. Specific outcomes will highly depend on the clients own commitment to their healing and growth. I’m 100% committed to showing up in a supportive, respectful, and professional manner.

How is your coaching different from therapy?
The main difference is that I don’t diagnose or prescribe medication to clients. In coaching, we tend to explore the past only as a way to spark new ideas towards the future.

Where does the coaching program (sessions) take place?
This program is fully online and happens over Zoom (video recordings available upon request).
