What Creativity Coaching with Renata is Really Like
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, creatively drained, or stuck in self-doubt, I want you to take a deep breath. You are not alone, I see you.
You’re multi-passionate, full of ideas, but struggling to fit yourself into a box that was never meant for you. Maybe you feel guilty for not picking one path and sticking to it. Maybe you’ve been told you need to be “more productive” or that your creativity is just a hobby, not something that truly matters.
What your experience, I want you to know there is nothing wrong with you and your creativity is part of your magic, even if it doesn’t feel like it.
In this post, I’m sharing what it’s like to work with me as a creativity coach—how I support clients, what makes my approach unique, my philosophy when working with multi-passionate and neurodivergent women of color, and why creativity is such a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing.

My Approach: Creativity as Self-Discovery
What makes my coaching unique? It starts with who I work with—neurodivergent, multi-passionate women of color who feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, overwhelm, and guilt. Because of our intersecting identities, we often experience added pressure to be productive, to “prove” our worth, and to follow a linear path that just doesn’t work.
And that’s where creativity comes in.
Unlike traditional coaching that focuses on logic and analysis, I use expressive art-making as a way to help you access deeper insights (your unconscious mind)—without getting caught up in overthinking. Instead of just talking about your struggles, we engage your senses, your body, and your intuition through the creative process. This allows you to bypass perfectionism and self-judgment, so you can connect with your authentic self in a way that feels freeing, not forced.
And no, this isn’t about making “perfect” art. It’s about the experience of creating—letting go, playing, and seeing yourself through a different lens.
How I Hold Space for Clients
When you work with me, you don’t have to explain why you struggle with certain things. You don’t have to justify your creative process. I get it—because I’ve been there, too.
I create a space where you can:
Release the guilt of not being “productive enough”
Explore creativity without pressure to be “good” at it
Reframe self-doubt and embrace your multi-passionate nature
Discover what truly nourishes you instead of what society expects from you
Through intuitive guidance, reflective questions, and creative exercises like collage, I help you reconnect with your inner wisdom—with more self-compassion and less pressure to conform.
My Core Philosophy
At the heart of my coaching, I hold four key beliefs:
There is nothing wrong with you. You live in a world that expects you to conform to neurotypical, left-brained ways of thinking. But you were never meant to fit into that mold.
You don’t have to pick a lane. You are allowed to explore all of your passions, and we can find a way to do this that feels expansive, not overwhelming.
You are creative—even if you don’t think you are. Creativity is about expression, not perfection. It’s about curiosity, not expertise.
You don’t have to earn your right to self-expression. You are allowed to create, simply because it brings you joy.
Most importantly, all the answers you’re searching for outside of yourself can be found within—through creativity, self-exploration, and trusting your own voice.
